The Work:Rest (W:R) application is a unique online solution that enables staff to plan, control and adapt the intensity of specific drills/sessions in a more effective way than ever before.
Developed by one of the World's leading Sports Scientist/Fitness Coaches, the W:R solution transforms the way that training intensity can be managed and measured, and enables crucial adjustments to be identified and made in real time.

The Work:Rest app ensures that demands of competition are being met within the training environment in a more precise and valuable way than has ever been possible before. The unique online capability means that data can be quickly added in real-time on any device.
The results are automatically collated, displayed in real-time enabling crucial adjustments to be made ‘on-the-go'. A Session Report is automatically generated at the end of a session and can be quickly shared with key staff.
The platform pushes the technology boundaries to enable coaches and S&C staff to work together to train the physical, tactical and technical components in unison. They can quickly and easily plan and set targets for the desired training intensity of each drill/activity within a session.

How does Work:Rest work?
- Coaches & S&C Staff use their online dashboard to plan and set targets for the desired training intensity of each drill/activity within session.
- The user then utilises the data entry facility within the application to enter information on the session as it happens.
- This data is automatically collated and displayed in real-time, providing the user with the opportunity to fine-tune planned intensity levels throughout the session.
- A session report is automatically generated at the end of the session and is ready for sharing and collaboration with other key staff.

Log into your Work:Rest account and use the Session Plan facility to add the drills/activities that comprise your session. - ADD YOUR SESSION DATA
The length time each activity or sub-activity lasts for etc. - ADJUST YOUR WORK:REST TARGETS
This enables adjustments to be made to training intensities "on-the-go". - REVIEW YOUR SESSION DATA
On the completion of the session a report is automatically generated providing a summary of the Work:Rest intensity.
